However, no system is completely secure. While we take every reasonable precaution, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.

6. How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide our services. If you request deletion of your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within thirty (30) days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as resolving disputes.

Documents you upload will be retained for the duration of your access and deleted upon account closure, unless you request earlier deletion.
